Do you have yours?

Four great ideas to improve your Woodstock neighborhood today!
1. Go out and meet your neighbors.

With our busy lifestyles we often overlook the simple task of meeting our neighbors. Don't let the opportunity slip by; as an icebreaker, bake something and take it over, borrow or loan a power tool, offer to baby-sit, comment on a beautiful plant (they might even offer you seeds!). It's not too late to reach out and meet your neighbors today.

2. Volunteer to help an elderly neighbor.

You can offer to mow their yard, trim a tree or pick up something at the store for them if its too cold or wet for them to get outside.

3. Stop your car and let pedestrians cross Woodstock Blvd.

Let a sense of peace overwhelm you.

4. Start a phone tree

with everyone on your block. You can keep each other informed of power outages, suspicious vehicles, important activities or free garden produce.
