Our local restaurants are an important part of the success of this event. We value and appreciate your participation. Anything we can do to make your day easier or more enjoyable please don't hestitate to ask.

There is no electricity at the park that will be available for vendors. If you are using propane you will need a propane license. You can obtain one through The Fire Marshals office located at 1300 SE Gideon, (1 block North of Powell.) This license needs to be with you on site the day of the picnic. The license costs $25 per year. Any questions call (503) 823-3955.

You must obtain a temporary restaurant license. For more information call (503) 988-3400 or go on line at www.mchealthinspect.org/tempfood.html and download the application and learn about the fee schedule.

Vehicular access to the park is limited and each car that needs access is a $45 permit. We would like to minimize cost by restricting traffic into the park. Therefore we need to work closely with your group and coordinate with the other vendors that need access.

Set up time between 8:00 am to 10:00 am. We will need all vehicles off the park by 10:30 am.

We expect somewhere between 1000 and 2000. Past attendance estimates are around these numbers.

The WNA does not provide anything for your booth i.e. tables, tents, plywood etc., you must bring your own equipment.
